Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview

Manarsh is a curated dropshipping store. All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges except in the specific circumstances listed below. Please review your order carefully before placing it.

1. Eligible Refund Cases

A full refund to your original payment method will be issued if:

  • The item arrives defective (broken, non-functional, or damaged in transit)
  • The item received is materially different from the product listing (wrong item, wrong colour)
  • The item is not delivered within 15 business days of order confirmation

2. How to Request a Refund

⏱ You must raise a refund request within 24 hours of delivery.

  2. Include your order number (format: MNR-XXXXXX)
  3. Attach clear photos or a video showing the defect or discrepancy
  4. We will review and respond within 24 business hours

Refund requests made more than 24 hours after delivery will not be accepted.

3. Refund Timeline

Once your refund is approved:

  • Refunds are initiated within 2 business days of approval
  • The amount is credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days (subject to your bank's processing time)
  • UPI refunds typically appear within 2–3 business days
  • Card refunds typically appear within 5–7 business days

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Minor colour variation due to screen display differences
  • Damage caused by the customer after delivery
  • Requests made more than 24 hours after delivery
  • Items purchased during sale or at a discounted price (unless defective)

5. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched to our supplier.

To cancel: WhatsApp us immediately at +91 76969 08108 with your order number. If cancellation is approved before dispatch, a full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.

6. Failed or Duplicate Payments

If your payment fails but an amount is deducted from your account, it will be automatically reversed by Razorpay or your bank within 5–7 business days. If you do not receive the reversal, contact us with your transaction ID and we will assist.
