1. Delivery Timeframe

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Standard delivery across India takes 3–5 business days after dispatch, resulting in a total estimated delivery time of 5–7 business days.

Delivery to remote areas (J&K, Northeastern states, island territories) may take 7–10 business days.

We deliver pan-India to all serviceable pin codes via Meesho logistics and partner courier services including Delhivery, Ekart, and DTDC. Enter your pin code at checkout to verify serviceability.

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Domestic delivery only.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

• An email with your tracking number and courier details
• You can also track at manarsh.in/order-status using your order ID and email

5. Delays

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by:

• Public holidays and festivals
• Extreme weather or natural events
• Courier network congestion during peak periods
• Remote or difficult-to-access delivery locations

If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of confirmation, contact us for a refund or re-shipment.

6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Manarsh is not responsible for non-delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately (within 1 hour) via WhatsApp.
